This award is given out to the product or service judged to be the most noteworthy out of all the innovations in Streaming Media represented on the Internet World/Streaming Media East 2002 show floor.

sofTV.Presenter provides end-users the ability to create LIVE or on-demand online presentations, with video and synchronized PowerPoint slides, in minutes. New key features that were unveiled in version 2.1 of the product at Internet World included:
- The ability to synchronize not only Slides, Notes with a video presentation, but also Web Pages, Excel or Word documents, JPGs, a Chat capability, and Live Viewer Polls.
- Extra ease of use: sofTV.Presenter now allows users to publish slide content directly to a web server, and video content directly to a media server, for an optimal viewer experience.
- A new Slide Show Mode allows the speaker to display slides full-screen to a local audience, while simultaneously webcasting the synchronized presentation and capturing it for on-demand viewing.
- Online presentations are Section 508 compliant, which follow US government guidelines for ensuring web pages are accessible to people with disabilities.
- Lots of new presentation templates for users to choose from, providing features such as an automatic table of contents that allows viewers to jump into any chapter of a presentation.
The award winning sofTV.Presenter product is also available in the company's RealNetworks Presentation Maker product, a version of the product sold by both sofTV.net and RealNetworks.
